Ours began the modern way- mutual swipes right on Hinge that turned into weeks of texting before Danni finally agreed to a dinner date. (She was only 30 minutes late.. fashionably so, of course.) But something clicked that first meal, and it wasn't long before dinner turned into daydreams.

Some dates and days later, we were trading in seltzers under the Florida sunsets for cold beers in the Swiss Alps and Cappuccino's and Cannoli's in Venice. Little did we know, the real adventure was just beginning...

When Danni brought Jacob home, her Mom said "Honey, I think you've found your Husband" and as usual- Mom was right...

Three years, countless adventures, and four beloved pups later we've traded in palm trees and beaches for quiet mornings in small-town Ohio. Things may look very different from where they started but for us, home is where the heart is... and the dog hair..
